What you will get
You will receive a full hour of studio quality classes at community prices.
You will be taught to use resistance bands, the resistance ring (magic circle), chi ball, weights and other apparatus to help you, or challenge you in your Pilates practice. These apparatus and equipment help to assist in focus and muscle activation by adding challenge and resistance. If you're new to Pilates, no worries, the apparatus and equipment can also help make the Pilates exercises easier by helping you lift your body weight allowing you to focus of the movement required from your body rather than strength. 
Got worries, injuries or health conditions? That's completely ok. Let me know and I will work with you to assist you in your Pilates &/or Yoga journey. I care, and I will use my knowledge to do my best in providing you with exercises that will be safe.

Class Definitions
​Pilates
This class is for all who want to participate in a mat Pilates session that will strengthen and stretch the muscles. It engages the whole body and options are given for beginners to more established practitioners.

Hatha Yoga Asana
Hatha Yoga a balance between the yin and the yang. Class begins with pranayama (breathing techniques), then a class that is aimed at balancing the energies through some use of strength, balance, twisting and stretching all while using our focus to find balance within the body and mind. All classes end with savasana relaxation and optional massage.
